About the Opportunity

CCI Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the Executive Assistant role to join our team in our Cochrane, Alberta office on a full-time basis.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Manage multiple calendars, manage emails and process expense reports for the COO, CFO and VP Environment;

Maintain all travel arrangements with focus on cost efficiency;

Prepare agendas and minutes, organize teleconferences and scheduled meetings;

Create and maintain Organization Charts and Distribution Lists;

Prepare corporate documents and correspondence;

Work closely with Communications & Technical Writer;

Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for leadership;

Prepare and distribute quarterly company newsletter;

Organizing and filing (paper and electronic);

Assist Edmonton office with company switchboard; 

Many various other duties as assigned.

To apply for the role you must be extremely detail orientated and organized, have strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, advanced computer expertise including a high proficiency in MS Office Suites and MS Project, and have a minimum of 5 years of continuous employment experience.
