The Ideal Candidate

. Candidate must live in Leduc or on the Southside of Edmonton.

. Safety knowledge and experience an asset

. Intermediate computer skills required - MS Excel, Word, Outlook

. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

. Ability self-manage, organize, prioritize and interact well with others

Job Description

The successful candidate will be results oriented, proactive, autonomous and hardworking! You will be responsible for ensuring the right product gets to the right place on time!Responsibilities

. Daily functions of the parts department, facilitating customer orders including -procuring, ordering, backorders, warranty, returns processing, picking and delivery of parts to customers

. Customer contact, order processing and selling parts

. Ensure customer's needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner

. Shipping and receiving of parts, forklift use and stocking shelves

. Daily housekeeping of warehouse and parts area

. Carry out strong inventory controls, cycle audits and follow standard inventory procedures

. Work with vendors and customer set up

. Provide on call service after hours as required

. Provide Estimates/Quotes

. Multi-task multiple jobs within the work day

. Support Service Department Technicians

. Responsible for all aspects of the Parts Department as required


. Experience 3-5 years in a related industry

. Demonstrated customer service and customer relationship skills

. Proven written and verbal communication skills

. Able to work flexible hours

. Computer literacy is required - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

. Certified in WHIMIS and can operate a forklift.

. Ability to work with little supervision and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment


36k - 40k 17.50-20/hr)Compensation and Benefits Details
