Within the Seniors Mental Health Program, reporting to a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, with due consideration provided for family and appropriate others. You will also ensure effective operation of the unit when assuming designated responsibilities and contribute to the learning experience of students, staff and patients
You have an active registration with the CRPNA and/or CARNA, as well as a valid Heart and Stroke Healthcare Provider Level C certificate. Leadership, observation and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a psychiatric and rehabilitation setting are essential.
