As a Manager, Sales and Service you will join CIBC's Retail and Business Banking department to
. lead a high performing team focused on improving the client experience and resolving client complaints
. provide an exceptional client experience to personal and small business clients with investment and credit needs
. meet clients' immediate needs and identify opportunities to further develop the CIBC relationship
. make introductions to Imperial Service and Business Banking to maximize opportunities
. manage day to day operations and risk in the branch
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high quality service in the branch to meet or exceed client expectations and service standards
- Manage a needs based sales practice and business development activities
- Lead and coach a successful team
- Manage employee performance and create a positive work environment
- Manage branch premises and day to day operations according to CIBC policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Successful candidates must exhibit CIBC's values of trust, team work, and accountability
- Developed sales skills
- Developed influencing and negotiation skills
- Service management, people management, leadership skills
- Strong communicator, verbally and written
- Compliance knowledge
- IFIC accreditation is required
