Position: Retail Supervisor-Tim Hortons


Location: Red Deer, AB 




We are currently seeking a Retail Supervisor-Tim Hortons to drive the business and operations with the Retail Assistant Manager-Tim Hortons operations at a large volume, high-profile location in Red Deer, AB. The Manager is responsible for assuring the delivery of a high quality Food Service operations, including financial performance, excellence in customer service and maintaining an engaged employee work force.  



The Manager is responsible for all aspects of our Tim Hortons unit as well as some of our retail food services and operations including: budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis in addition to maintaining both client and Compass standards to assure a safe environment for all patients and employees

The successful candidate will assure quality control procedures are monitored, maintained and established operating practices are strictly followed. Qualifications




A Great Attitude!

3+ years retail food service/QSR management

Experience working with branded concepts Tim Hortons must have Tim Hortons training.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop direct reports and front-line staff during times of change and shifting priorities.

Excellent client relationship and communication skills

Previous experience managing in a labour environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and working knowledge of food service POS





Advanced FST, Servsafe or equivalent food safety certification
