Technical Support Agent
Software Trainer
Visual-Eyes® is the premium practice management software of the eye care industry in Canada and is based in Red Deer Alberta. Founded in 1996, we have grown to over 350 clinics across Canada and are looking for skilled and experienced applicants to join our team.
The Trainer's primary focus is streamlining clinic office processes through successful implementation of Visual-Eyes. This is accomplished through consultation, data preparation, and formal training. The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively across Canada approximately 50% of the time.
The Technical Support Agent's primary focus is to provide technical support solutions via phone to customers related to their Visual-Eyes implementation. Other focus areas include: performing software updates, report development and client training.
